Zamzam knew Ghaith before she ever met him.
She first saw him on television, and from that moment, her understanding of goodness shifted to a new meaning.

Her Arabic wasn’t strong, as it wasn’t her mother tongue, but she chose to learn it so she could read the Quran as it was revealed, dreaming that one day she would memorize it. She says she feels that Allah is always with her; listening when she prays and comforting her heart whenever life feels heavy...
She had only ever seen the Kaaba on TV, gazing at it longingly and wishing to visit, while those around her said the dream was far-fetched and difficult to achieve. Yet she never stopped praying...
When Ghaith gifted her a gold necklace, Zamzam couldn’t hold her tears back. She was overjoyed and cried even more, praying that Allah would build him a house in Paradise. She told him that he's a kind person, because he travels to reach people in different countries and chooses to be close to them, bringing goodness wherever he goes.
Then Ghaith told her he would gift her and her daughter a trip for Umrah. In that moment, the Kaaba she had only seen on a small screen became a dream within reach.
