At Ghaith Shops, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All original tags, accessories, manuals, and components must be included.

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  • The original packaging is missing or significantly damaged.

  • The return request is made after the 5-day return period.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing parts

You must report it within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be approved.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged:

  • Personal care products

  • Opened or used consumables

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Ghaith Shops will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.

7. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your Ghaith Shops account.

  2. Go to My Orders.

  3. Select the item and click Request Return.

  4. Follow the instructions provided.
